Search Engine optimisation (SEO) is the process of changing the pages
of your website so that they are featured higher in the search engine results pages
(SERP's).
It has been proven that companies' websites with a high ranking on search engines
increase traffic to their web site and therefore increase sales from there website.
Imagine you only recieve one or two sales a week from your website. If it
was #1 on the SERP's then those sales could increase 10 fold, therefore increasing
your online turnover 10 fold.
SEO is by no means a quick process. It can take 3 months for the
site to even begin to show in SERP's and can take 6 months before you see any improvement
in the ranking, especially for a new site.
There are many companies out there who promise a next day #1 ranking on Google,
but they are lying. As far as the organic results are concerned anyway, that would be almost impossible.
What they are talking about are the pay per click listings on google. These
are not part of the organic search results and everytime someone clicks on the link you
pay.

Some companies can spend a fortune on 'pay per click' because they have badly run
campaigns. Fly Catcher can manage a properly put together campaign for you,
but we always recommend taking the money you would spend on 'pay per click' and
use it to optimise the website instead and gain a proper organic ranking. It has
been shown that organic results attract more clicks than pay per click results,
so your money is better spent on SEO then 'pay per click'.
'Pay per click' does however have it's place. Say you have launched a new
product... 'Pay per click' gets the new product out there almost straight
away whilst the organic results have time to update with the new product.
Fly Catcher has proven track record with 'pay per click' campaigns
as well as optimisation to increase the SERP ranking.
We can tailor a campaign to get instant results from 'pay per click' while working
on increasing the SERP ranking and in turn slowly increasing the turnover generated
by your website.
